The virtual platform opens on 14 October 2021 at 09:00 CEST and closes on 16 January 2022 at 17:15 CET. What do I need to attend the virtual meeting? You will need your MyEAU credentials and a valid registration to attend the PCa21 virtual meeting. As of Tuesday 19 October 2021, you can download your certificate of attendance via your MyEAU account. Log in and you will see the main menu on the left side of your screen. Click on “Events” and select “Certificates” from the drop-down menu. Before obtaining your certificate, you will be requested to complete the evaluation questionnaire. On the certificate you will find the total number of CME credits appointed to that event. You should claim only those hours of credit that you actually spent in the educational activity. An overview of the viewed sessions can be found in MyEAU under “Events – Attended Meetings”. See “CME Accreditation” for further details. “The EAU Update on Prostate Cancer Meeting, Virtual, Netherlands, 16/10/2021-16/10/2021 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 3 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.” At the beginning of their presentation(s) speakers are requested to disclose to the audience any links with the industry related to the topic of their lecture. A link can be: being a member of the advisory board or having a consulting agreement with a specific company. Since PCa21 is a virtual (online) meeting hosted on a virtual platform, delegates have the unique opportunity to visit and interact with industry partners and exhibitors via the PCa21 virtual exhibition. Check out the various company profile pages for the latest information on their business activities, specially featured products and services, their activities during the meeting, and get in touch with them directly. Access to the virtual exhibition begins on 14 October 2021. Also after PCa21 has concluded, the virtual platform will be accessible online for all delegates to review any content On Demand for a period of 3 months after the meeting. All company profile pages will be accessible during this period as well. All presentations during the PCa21 meeting will be conducted in English, the official language of the EAU. Translation to other languages is not available. Delegates can get in touch with the PCa21 faculty and speakers on the virtual platform during the meeting. Click on the tab Speakers, where you will see a speaker overview. Click on “Contact speaker” and you can leave them a message. Presentations and sessions will be webcasted under the condition that the speakers have given their approval. You can access the webcasts as soon as they become available during the meeting via “On Demand” on the virtual platform. Access will close on 16 January 2022 at 17:15 CET. Viewing the scientific content within 3 months via the virtual platform will earn you CME credits (see “CME Accreditation” for further details). The PCa21 organisers will be taking photos and/or screenshots and will be recording the sessions.
